RE:AGM at end of Septmber.

RE:AGM at end of Septmber.enlcan - Given what is currently known, I don't see anything meaningful or positive for MUM's shareholders from Wednesday's AGM.

There are two Western Areas executives on the MUM Board of Directors.  Given MUM's performance over the past 5 years and wreckless spending with little to show for it (with the exception of high share dilution), it is apparent the WSA executives have little interest in the progressive growth of Mustang Minerals.

It is common knowledge in the Canadian Mining Industry that Australian companies have typically not had any significant degree of success in Canadian hardrock mining deposits.  The Mustang deposit(s) is another example.

At 2.5 cents a share, I don't see the wisdom in MUM maintaining office space in a high priced building in downtown Toronto.  Located near the corner of Bay Street hasn't done anything for MUM's share price.

Numerous changes are promptly needed to give rise to MUM shareholder optimism.
