Well, we don't want Friday news.  Usually Friday's are for non-significant or bad news, and good news on a Friday would be wasted, as the stock can't be traded on a weekend.

Good news is always best beginning or mid week sometime. 

Whenever it happens it  happens as long as it's good, which I believe it will be.  Just don't know when.

IMO, the Markman Hearing will be in favour of Zecotek, and sometime afterwards there will be a settlement. 

The patent dispute will not go to trial with a favourable MH result as both companies stand to lose, ZMS because they need to eliminate all doubt about their patents so they can move forward at a swifter pace with commercialization, and Saint Gobain/Philips would most likely have to pay a lot more if they lose at trial.  JMO
