The Mina Real Property consists of about 11 mining concessions and one mineral claim encompassing a total area of 21,367.42 hectares (ha). The San Francisco Property consists of about 12 mining concessions encompassing 18,125.05 ha. The terrain on the properties is rugged and steep with deeply incised valleys. Elevations range from 800 to 1,600 meters above sea level. Its subsidiaries include ALB Holdings Ltd., Mina Real Mexico S.A. de C.V., and Compania Minera Santa Fe S.A. de C.V.

Based on  the current $0.035 share price the market doesn't value infrastructure alone either. 

Sure you can quote a couple of good drill holes from San Francisco - but how much of that is there?  A few tens of thousands of tonnes or millions of tonnes? Apparently only the company knows and does not want to let its shareholders know.
