AGM ContinuedGreat to have positive thoughts but the facts and past history prove otherwise. I would like some at the meeting to ask about "statistical significance versus clinical relevance". Also do the numbers..say someone paid $2.00 tomorrow to all those willing to tender their shares...assuming everyone did (which we know the controlling blocks wouldn't), that 150MM for which the buyer owns all of these patents which only MIGHT translate into mega bucks 10 years down the road. Then the buyer would have to invest another huge block of cash for a Phase III, maybe 100MM?. Let's say that it was statistically significant beyond our wildest dreams. Then what. We finally get FDA approval and a huge BP marketing plan puts it on the market. Would be get Medicare cost sharing via insurance? If not, initially would the cash strapped by then, older consumers years down the pike have the resources to buy this wonder drug?
Hate to throw cold water on something that I've got 10 years of time and money invested in....but I just want these conversations to happen, pro forma numbers run and everyone to,reconfirm with facts that chasing this dream is still relevant....especially with the Ralph Nader's of the Cleveland Clinic always pointing out the negatives, while collecting their huge clinical fees! SF..I'd love to see just a few of these 20 questions posted on the board so they might get asked by the attendees ( and I know my post will not get the gold stars yours will get for being ultra optomistic) Drano for the arteries dreams have been around forever. At what point do people stop chasing OR keep going against all the odds against. Interesting the the celebrated Roger Newton walked after being on board for a while.
Just some questions I have that I feel are worth being part of a brainstorming and hopefully constructive dialog going forward as our share price is on hold plus or minus on a weekly basis.
