It is focused on acquisition of interests in, and the exploration, evaluation and development of deposits of minerals including chromite, base metals and strategic minerals. It is the owner of 100% of the Black Horse chromite project. It also holds other area interests, including a 100% interest in the Hornby claims, a 15% vested interest in the McFaulds copper/zinc project and a vested 30% interest in the Big Daddy chromite project. It has also acquired intellectual property interests, including a method for the direct reduction of chromite to metalized iron and chrome using natural gas. It also owns 100% of Canada Chrome Corporation, a business of KWG Resources Inc., (the Subsidiary), which staked mining claims between Aroland, Ontario (near Nakina) and the Ring of Fire. The Subsidiary has identified deposits of aggregate along the route and made an application for approximately 32 aggregate extraction permits.

I guess you haven't been watching the game.  How can you, if not by ulterior motive, be posting such short sighted, ill informed and juvenile post...and by ulterior motive I highlight the fact that you haven't posted for the longest time, and now you come in with this "jelly bean" of wisdom...come on.  You cannot be seriously suggesting that KWG is currently worth $0.19 / share...that's so ridiculous, it's not even funny. 
Are you also postulating that Cliffs status has somehos changed as an insider and that they don't need a valuation anymore...wow; where are you getting that insider information...or are you just blowing smoke out your ashe!!!
If you are going to post so infrequently, then PLEASE, make if worth reading...put something in there that reflects more than just some dimwit throwing up his hands and saying sell, sell, sell just to accomodate his personal situation...pathetic...score - 5
