TRIGGERS & CATALYSTS Update

HARDROCK PROJECT:
Drilling pace slowing: -- 4 drills working, previously 8;
Drill results to be released on completion of the current program.
3-D geological block models are completed and the “PEA” - Preliminary Economic Analysis on Trans Canada/Hardrock & Brookbank is in progress.

COVE:
Excellent drill results released on September 18, 2013.
More drill results – near term.
The Cove project is located in the heart of the Battle Mountain/Eureka gold trend in Nevada, one of the most prolific gold districts in the world.
A 43-101- resource estimate on Cove is expected late Q4 2013.

RED LAKE: Goldcorp/Premier Joint Venture (“G” 51% / “PG”49 %)
Drilling continues on the projected down-plunge extension zone of Wilmar and Bonanza targets, located east of Cochenour Mine and Bruce Channel Deposit.
2 drills are working from the underground haulage drift drill stations.
Operated by Goldcorp; release of drill results are subject to J.V. agreement; possibly within a month of the completion of the holes.
