Great post. Nothing spectacular but simply going back to the basics...Sometime we lose track of the big picture.

As you said, worst case we end up with 49%. (I don't know how AMK would be able to finance the project to increase their share to 60%) and punitive damages will not be granted. But with the recent set of events, I feel more and more desperation from the clique... things might not go as per their plan in court.

OK, I'm going back to court for real now...
