RE:RE:RE:RE:Preferreds Still not SettledThe retracted shares were delivered back to the owners and are now trading again on the exchange. I do believe the preferreds continue to accrue Interest. It is an interesting question about the maturity of the notes. I remember reading in the settlement document that it stated that principal on the note would not be repaid before the preferred liability was paid off.
