west ellis

west ellisIt is hard to figure out what is going to happen with west ellis.  Obviously you can't do a 50/50 partnership on a property that is almost ready to go.  It is also hard to figure out why a JV is in the works for Muskwa when as far as I know it has not even been approved yet.  Why not do the JV with Thickwood which has been approved.  The next few weeks I suspect will be interesting but enough of the letters of intent which are not legally binding.  It is time to get something on paper which is binding and then the stock will react.
