RE:Can this Polish company buy shares now on open market?I'm guessing the banks and brokers are buying TOl for the arbitrage, even if it's only 0.05 on an 2.80 investment is 1.79 % return if the take-under goes through.
if there's a superior offer, they will make a killing.
I doubt Polish company is buying shares but I think they can if they want to, but not 100% sure once a deal is announced?
