RE:RE:RE:SilenceI totally agree, Artha is sitting on a permit to drill, that is if it's not setup to expire which we don't know since they don't tell us anything. That permit should be worth something to Cardero, if it were me I would lend Artha some money to go do the drill program for a piece of the pie.
