We’re not aware of a filed lawsuit hence there’s nothing significant that we know of that would a) be at all market sensitive and b) therefore merit a release.
 
There was a local ownership dispute in regard to the Reventon claims in Mexico but we have since terminated the Reventon option and dropped the project and will not be doing any more work there.
 
I will double check with the President of the Focus, but as I said we’re not currently aware of a filed lawsuit .
