and IMO, you are raise a very good point. Apparently home land security has been building large camps, detention centers, around major urban areas -- anyone here from Texas may be able to confirm this for the board. 

Personally, i expect, or at least I hope, we will be talking the same game in 3 or even 5 years from now. By that time, I expect hte BGM 1st Friday close will be far in the past.... but we still might be wondering about crossing 10 cents or 100 cents first.
