Transition happeningI am really encouraged, especially after the last terrible year caused by the government's nationalization of YPF. As we all know, it dropped our price by a factor of 10 from $1 to 10 cents.
Now, in the last 2 or 3 months, we have Chevron negotiating directly with the government, and making a billion dollar deal based on a 20% export privilege, plus another 20% export privilege at world oil prices until such time as Argentina stops importing oil.
Then we have Wintershall investing between $1 and $4 BILLION.
Then we have DOW coming in.
Rumors are that Gazprom want in.
Based on the info in the link below, the valuation of shale acreage in Argentina is now around $7,000 to $10,000 per acre.

We have 275,000 acres IN THE OIL WINDOW. The numbers are really, really exciting.
On the high side, let's calculate, 275,000 acres x $10,000/acre is $2,700,000,000. That's 2.7 billion dollars if we were to sell the acreage. Let's call it 1 billion dollars, and say we have roughly 150 million shares outstanding. So that means we could sell our property for about $7 per share, if we are in the oil window. Given that we are now at roughly 15 cents per share, that is roughly a 50 bagger.
