RE:RE:RE:Takeover price? $11Usually the premium for a takeover is aroud 35 %to40%.  on the average 20 days closing price which is $7.17
Asuming   a 37%premium would give an offering price of $ 9,82 at the most!!
We will see probably Monday.
By the way I was lucky(????) to buy some a $ 7,55 but the price was moving pretty fast before the halt.
