Guess what? The company knows who I am, and they know I'm not a paid basher. I was in the company for years. And I have tonnes of e-mails to prove it.

If you're saying I was stupid for giving the company the benefit of the doubt for far too long (actually just hoping they'd finally do something for shareholders), I plead guilty to that one.

When I criticize this company, it's based on direct personal experience.

Further, my analysis of the so-called deal is based on the actual wording of the news releases. It's basically an agreement to negotiate, which is valueless.

There are lurkers who have had my experience with Maxim. I would invite them to post, or post again, so that any newbies know the score.

Why do you ignore the experience of those who have dealt with this outfit? Appreciate the efforts of those who wish to spare others the losses we encountered.
