The assumption here is that he has the ability to operate and build a company for success. Ask shareholders of PMG who bought in 3 years ago what they think of the deal ? It is hard to be optimistic that he is "now focused" on LTS while he is CEO and director of PBG as well as LTS. A 70 % premium on today's closing price of LTS is approximately 33% of the price for initial trading four years ago. Not exactly the value creation that he wanted to achieve at the time.
