later today I will try to supply the linksOne link says the indian government signed an agreement with Encanto in June and one article is dated Sep 30. Greater minds than mine can intepret what all this is..in fact please do. I am sorry if a link does not work I just cut and paste from the search bar... . One particularly interesting link required a subscription which had details but I could not open it. For those who think I am full of it you will see.if you want have a go... to find it I used voice search rather than typed which gave me different results like "Indian potash"...
