I agree Ingi, it could be nothing... but if it's the case, the only thing mgmt has to do is a damn PR saying no material to their knowledge is driving the downward pressure on the SP.
As for PXt, well, it's not like the last 2 days were that great they did got from 6,20 to 5,80...
