They are the people that have approx 25% of the float, have been supporting this company for years. They bought over 25% of the last PP, Yes they sold some shares in doing so and may be selling shares now, as I understand they are allowed to just like the rest of us, if or when we choose to sell. People need to Stop making such à Big deal.
