RE:financial Liquidity is still the big problem,.

Any ideas about how the drop in the price of Au to $1288 might affect LSG's financial viability as I am somewhat concerned that LSG does/will not have enough money to stay a float.   The recent presentation said they were targetting for free cash flow in Q4 2013----although it is not clear what that would mean.
However, whatever way one looks at it, It seems clear that LSG is currently spending more money than it is bringing in.  One can only wonder long can that go on. Lsg does not seem to have any financial flexibilty.

The presentation mentions LSG has $28 million in cash and bullion but does not indicate how this compares to the existing current payables and current short term debt obligations, which in all likelihood are greater than the mentioned $28 million. The non-disclosure of the current working capital position seems unusual and concerning in the view of LSG's financial circumstances, especially with the recent drop in the price of Au.

At the end of the 2nd quarter working capital was about $9 million. Given that LSG spends more than it takes in, it is likely that at present working capital is much less than $9million. Could it in fact be negative?
any views would be appreciated.
