With COS P/E ratio at 10 and most other oil sands stocks at multiple of that, there seems to be little evidence that a higher output or a lower P/E ratio will help the share price. So long as the company is able to pay out $1.40 dividend a year, exactly how much they produce is not that important.

I have to agree with that last part. If the price drops more I will probably buy more
