Market Cap: 20,04m Shares Out: 267,180,313
As of September 30th before vote ! 
After vote :   26.7180313 M shares at 0,70$ per share. Same market Cap!
Ok you are still a penny stock below 1$.
but if you want to get cash you offer 10m shares at what price to dilute the stock? 
This is ridiculous 
will we get the detail of the vote ?  This is not clean as all proxy were not sent.
some people should be liable or accountable as they now say.
Let's spend more money with 0 result on the bottom line. What is this?
Redo the website, change all paper, etc.etc.etc. What a lost?
