RE:RE:RE:A little puzzling whats going onThe offer is $11.00 cash plus the Explorco shares which hold $100 cash or $1.13 per share plus lands recently purchased for the remainder. RBC says $1.80 per share as in the note below. Based on historical cost it is $1.62. At $11.70 today and closing on Decmber 31 at $12.62, that is a 35% annualized return.
