In my opinion the BCSC already lifted the CTO so the biggest hurdle has been dealt with. Largest hurdle with the TSX.V is the ability to show enough capital to operate for one year. This hurdle has been taken care of as well.

I would not be surprised with some delay on this but I doubt anywhere near two months.
