Renegade Annual Meeting Results News Release?

Renegade Annual Meeting Results News Release?The AGM was supposed to have been held last friday (Sept 27). It is now Wednesday evening. I have checked for any RPL news releases on tmx.com and on the RPL website. Nothing about what took place at the AGM.
I have two questions for management:
1) Why have you not produced a news release containing a summary of what was discussed at the AGM and what decisions were made or announced at the meeting?
2) What refreshments did you serve (if it was anything more than potato chips and cold tap water, the company can't afford it).
The last NR was the operational update released on Sept 26 (one day before the RPL AGM). Did RPL managment think if they issued this data one day before the AGM, no one would notice that there was/is not post-AGM news release....?
