I have been involved in a few stocks that have been diluted from a second offering.... all but one time did it end up working for me in the long run. Here's a question for discussion: Why do you prefer dilution over interest based debt vehicles? 

If we dilute, it increases market cap(possibly) at the expense of us losing % of ownership. In contrast, the debt we just got will cost us 12% per annum and lowers actual shareholder equity by the said amount. 

Curious, I know the notion of dilution is a sensitive subject but lets have a rational discussion regarding this. And no I am not Matt behind a facade of an SH poster trying to make ya'll think dilution is the way. Although that is what he would say if he was......
