KWG Resources Inc. is a Canada-based exploration stage company. It is focused on acquisition of interests in, and the exploration, evaluation and development of deposits of minerals including chromite, base metals and strategic minerals. It is the owner of 100% of the Black Horse chromite project. It also holds other area interests, including a 100% interest in the Hornby claims, a 15% vested interest in the McFaulds copper/zinc project and a vested 30% interest in the Big Daddy chromite project. It has also acquired intellectual property interests, including a method for the direct reduction of chromite to metalized iron and chrome using natural gas. It also owns 100% of Canada Chrome Corporation, a business of KWG Resources Inc., (the Subsidiary), which staked mining claims between Aroland, Ontario (near Nakina) and the Ring of Fire. The Subsidiary has identified deposits of aggregate along the route and made an application for approximately 32 aggregate extraction permits.

RE:Like I said mega giant in their own mindsit will interesting to find out if any criminal charges are laid and,or what sort of fine will be imposed upon the company by Environment Canada for the pollution and damage done to the 5km of coastline, the aquatic life, the water fowl and the fish habitat after having some 450,000 liters of bulk oil spill and pollute the Bay at Sept Ilse

Fisheries Act

The Fisheries Act contains two key provisions on conservation and protection of fish habitat essential to sustaining freshwater and marine fish species. The Department of Fisheries and Oceans administers section 35, the key habitat protection provision, prohibiting any work or undertaking that would cause the harmful alteration, disruption or destruction of fish habitat. Environment Canada administers section 36, the key pollution prevention provision, prohibiting the deposit of harmful substances into waters frequented by fish, unless authorized by regulations under the Fisheries Act or other federal legislation.
