question for the ZEN'ers

question for the ZEN'erswith GTA's block so close (adjoining) do you guys hear much re: GTA's chances at ZEN like success? (rumors, or opinions, not pumping) & not as a promote but geologically speaking...?
They must share similar formations, etc. being right beside but am having a hard time getting info on GTA... gta just announced they're flying airborne next to zen...!

Also, I have heard that there's a chance that GTA might be getting in bed ZEN? Maybe a JV or something along those lines...? Is this all spec or has anyone heard something similar..?
