BUT THE PROBLEM IS THE DEBT 

THIS COMPANY IS OWNED BY THE DEBT HOLDERS

RESTRUCTURATION WILL MEAN MASSIVE DILUTION FOR ACTUAL SHAREHOLDERS

again,  good project  ;  but its owned by the creditors

a  20MM$ debt burden can translate into over 150 MM shares dilution
