RE:RE:RE:lesson to be learned here...... Management knows what they are doing implies they are intentionally keeping the share price low? I'm not sure that makes sense to me. I'm sorry, but let me play devil's advocate for the sake of agrument. I am not sure I can believe this completely.
I am trying to reconcile how they could be any one of the following or some combination:
A)Careless
B)Simply geologists with no clue how to report findings
C) Smart enough to act intentionally to supress price for their own benefit or someone elses
D)Simply not ready yet to disclose all information, due to JV or otherwise.
I would probably be more inclined to believe they are geologists who don't know how to write up a news release. So somewhere between B and D. They did already give a fairly good update on the pardo project on Sept. 4 titled "Ginguro Discusses Pardo Project" This tells me that they are taking extra steps at times to explain things when they feel it's appropriate.
Now, getting back to my intial question:
So, in your estimation they did all of the following to supress share price? are they themselves buying? What is their objective in doing so?
1. Intentionally provide news releases with "non exciting" headlines such as "Ginguro receives results on channel sampling".
This was done to keep interest low 2. Initiate Private Placement during the "Summer Doldrums"
to keep interest or excitment at a minnimum? 3. Release of results on a Friday (which is usually a day when bad news is released), such as this Friday news release:
Ginguro Receives Assays for 42.5 Metres at Eastern Reef Marketwired September 6, 2013. A friday news release further curtails excitement.
4. Intentionally refuse to update on the fall/winter exploration program expecting people will dump their shares (I'm still not sure why people would expect they couldn't explore, and wouldn't explore right after raising money, thus dumping their shares). Most people that invest here probably have some idea of what a company like this would be capable of doing in the fall/winter after recently raising money. In my opinion you can't confirm an action by such a non-action at this point....
I would be more inclined to believe they are either careles, simple geologists who are not ready yet to talk about their fall/winter program rather than believe that they are taking steps to supress the price as long as possible. What "real" motivation do they have? The market is poor anyway so its not like they would have to really work that hard to keep interest low. Like i said in a previous post, almost always these companies issue a private placement then fall back to the levels of the private placement. I don't think any of the companies non-actions or they way they reported news had any bearing on this. We have been up 1000% or more from the recent lows I think we would get a nice pullback! A pullback of this magintuded is to be expected....
