9 dollars price

i have been a blackberry investor for some time and i read most posts on this board
what i dont get is who says it a deal the 9 dollars why does it work for prem we do have a vote and i
will not be offering mine for 9 bucks the management and board needs a good kick in the ??
get up and get going what can they do for prem that they cannot do for us??
i have alot of bb stock and i am currently down 100 s of thousands not very happy but i still believe
many shareholders will not accept 9 bucks . any opinions
