RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:DILUTIONYour point " as it's the major shareholders who hold the power and will ultimately decide on an offer's fate" is right on the money. There is no attack on Dev's character, he is obviously a capable person within his area of expertise. His actions and dealings, however, will speak for themselves in the future.

Let's make it clear: I oppose an early buy out before we have all needed information as to the value of our ore body/property. As you stated Dev is secondary.

There are certain apprehensions of an early sell out across both boards, and in my personal communications with others, a feeling of unease with a pre-mature sell out. I certainly am not alone.

Also I agree that when the merger is complete and stabilized that the stock value will increase.....substantially. I wouldn't hold the stock if I didn't think it would. Actually I feel that it will do very well!! It will do better as the lbs. increase and price of U goes up as predicted in 2014. So give it a chance to reach greater potential.

Bottom line: A take out offer should be based on ...again: value of the property etc. The imaginary part is pretending there is a phantom buyer to scare the real buyer into paying a higher premium. Proving up the ore body to it's potential will be the best guarantee, so that share holder will hold on to their shares.

Regardless of what point of view we personally hold, we are in theory only at this point with limited information, and any of these points can be taken out of contest; we will only know the finale when the dust settles and the ink dries on the papers.
