RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:newGuy01I don't disagree that a PP is the least likely and it't not mentioned as a means of raising funds for the same reasons you state. Just pointing out that the paperwork and regulations would not stand in the way if that's the only avenue left to them.
