I too remain cautiously optimistic. A key challenge for the management team will be to move beyond the mentality of thinking like a small company when it comes to compliance issues. Smaller companies are not looked at as closely by government agencies (ERCB, OHS and labor relations) and hopefully the people tasked with this are up to the challenge.
