RE:News Release

RE:News ReleaseShocking!

Seems like an awful long wait to get the "No Risk" cancer drug in front of Health Canada!

At least their partner hasn't committed to investing a penny in the trial process in return for the Canadian, SA and Mexican rights, so they remain whole with the laughable delay.

Other than MCrae terminating himself with the 2.25 mil discharge payment he somehow sold to the board, what was the last piece of good news out of Bioniche?

Was it the trial cancellation? The Endo dump of Urocidin? The formation of the special committee of board members to enhance shareholder value through 50% dilution? The meeting with HC that went nowhere? The 12 month delay in plant commissioning? The decision to sell AH and proceed full steam ahead with the "no risk" pre clinical cancer drug? The actual announcement of 50% dilution?

Finally does anyone know what the "conditions" are that the supposed dividend or share buy back hinges on?

I would bet heavily that, in the unlikely event that an animal health buyer steps forward in the next 24 months, these conditions will not be met and that whole idea will quietly be flushed down the toilet along with everything else shareholders have been sold over the last decade.
