Rick Rule says that the majors are selling marginal projects, not buying. (see link below) And of course the stated business model here is to develop stuff, then sell it to a major. The only course of action that makes any sense right now is to take the settlement money and buy gold and silver bullion, and to take delivery of Dore bars from Couer for the NSR payments. If we can't get Dore from Couer, we should take the NSR payments and buy gold and silver every quarter. It makes no sense to do any drilling until gold and silver go a lot higher.
