My take on Bayfield. Reason for optimism.

My take on Bayfield. Reason for optimism.Well now, I am expecting more positive drilling results to be released very soon. The trend is up now since the lows in June and July, and the trajectory of the channel points to a further advance after trading sideways for a few days. The triangle formation has a flat top which indicates a breakout to the upside. As Doug Casey's NO.#1 takeover prospect, we know that there is a lot of potential here for price appreciation, but it is unclear what Newgold would pay for the company. The current valuation fails to appreciate our stellar historical drill results, which are situated in a highly strategic area insofar as mine development plans are concerned for Newgold. At 36 cents, this bargain is especially timely since I believe that fair vaue in a takeover situation is at least 1 dollar per share, since anything less would be a steal. There's no point in waiting for lower prices since the stock is in play and technically poised to move up now. The September presentation is well worth the time to review and sheds good light on the project. There really is no choice for Newgold here as they will have to acquire the Burns block or face difficulties in the building of the open pit mine because of pitwall issues and higher construction costs. So, it makes perfect sense to do the takeover because the cost savings would be offset by the cost of taking over Bayfield. For example, it the extra costs incurred in builging the open pit mine were 100 million, and it cost Newgold 100 million to take out BYV, then effectively it will have cost them nothing since the savings would be a wash and they would acquire all the gold and silver potential on Bayfield property. An informed investor is a wise investor, so dont' listen to propaganda agendas.
