Las Calles

Las Calles of course on page 21 of presentation (was on previous versions too) is this: The Las Calles Concession - subject to a 2% NSR payable to Grupo Mexico which can be purchased at any time for $3 million in the next 3 years. assuming Goldcorp gets 2,000,000 ounces out of this slice and assuming $1,300 gold price x 0.02 yields about $52 million. all for a $3 million payment, of course to get the $52 million would take years so time value of money being what it is let's cut that in half to $26 million, of course gold could and should go higher than $1300 over the years... this must be factoring into the $100 to $200 million price from Moriarty also got to figure in the value of the potential 2,000,000 ounces x $100 an ounce in the ground yields $200,000,000. So there's $226 million. Conservatively, slice that in half and you get $113,000,000 / 41,565,484 shares, you get almost $3 a share for Las Calles a lone. But what if El Barqueno starts smelling like 5 million ounces??????
