RE:WiLAN and BlackBerry Settle All LitigationsObviously very positive news, however how should I interpret the following: "the agreement calls for the dismissal, without prejudice, of all litigation between the companies in Texas. The parties will pursue licensing discussions regarding certain other wireless technologies." => does this mean that WIN dropped the LTE case in order to settle the Bluetooth case, but that parties will continue discussions (but consequently in case no agreement can be reached during these discussions a new litigation should be initiated)? Isn't this a rather strange strategy? Nonetheless better one bird in the hand...
