RE:The longer it takes

RE:The longer it takesarmordeck, The longer it takes the more complicated I'm realizing that the engineering on this project is. Not cut and dried as we originally thought. The tailing liner, the under water diffusser and the potential for water leakage from the pit to the lake and vice versa through fissures seem to be the stumbling blocks here. I'm even wondering now how the additional costs to put this mine into production and future construction resources scarcity will affect the IRR calculations. This is a small marginal ore grade mine to start with and copper prices will need to be, in my guess, $3.50 a lb plus for this pit to economical. Perhaps there might be some blue sky potential deeper put not without engineering difficulties.

But that's how millionaires are made, those who have deep pockets and are able to hang on for the duration of the speculation.
