There could be a greater challenge here than mgnt is letting on: does the departure of the Qualified person (QP) now require the replacement QP to re-survey the bulk sample and re-assay all of the material prior to further processing? Does compliance not require an unbroken chain of custody to be maintained by the QP? What are the consequences, both legal and economic, of changing the QP mid stream???
