The machine-gun posts that you've sprayed since you arrived this week give a reader the impression that you don't really have much knowledge of management. Put differently, Bob Quartermain's CV carries more weight than your droppings. If it gives you some sense of release, then by all means continue your dump, but kindly do it all in one movement -- in other words, one longer post, thus sparing others the tedium of clicking through smaller sequential droppings. I say this as one who has done the same in the past. It's just a bad habit. If people want to quote or respond to a particular point, they'll refer to it. Rgds
