Letter to John Wright, Senior Management and BOD's

On a day where the Cdn energy index is up 1.75 % this stock is down almost 3 % on a "positive" operational  update ! Clearly this group has no awareness on their fiduciary responsibilites to create value for the shareholders.  Your  continual rebuttal is that the market is not giving them credit with the steps they have taken. No kidding the price has come down from first issue price of $30.00 plus dollars to $ 7.00 today.  Its been four years now and you have been extremely well compensated while long term shareholders have be blungeoned with some of the poorest shareholder returns over that timeframe. This is embarrasing and inexcusable and quite frankly indefensible. You talk about the impact to your own personal networth well your denial of what the market is telling you should lead you to the conclusion that a change is needed if there is a chance that this situation can be turned around. Clearly you and the board do not have the confidence of shareholders and the investment community and should strongly consider stepping down and forming a committee to consider strategic alternatives and provide the leadership that seems to be so lacking. The longer this continues to go unaddressed the further this stock will move in a downward spiral, no doubt to be pecked off like your other venture PMG at similar depressed prices.
