what's up with HLP.Un SP...

what's up with HLP.Un SP...Very disappointing..seems like a well run company but SP is not performing...in a good market price keeps going down..I bought in a recently...yield is 8-9% so who is selling and why....has dropped over 5% in last 10 days...that pretty well kills the good yield...is there something going on behind the scenes that is not pretty??
