RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:ALL IS QUIETI expect things will get "loud" in mid to late-November: the "big development" which will finally lead to the "deal" being completed in 2013. However, there'll be a delay, an expected announcement in early December won't happen. Then, IR will start saying everybody has agreed to everything, but it's too close to Christmas to be settled and it'll be necessary for the New Year for the lawyers to sign off on everything. Of course, then nothing happens.

This scenario has played out before with Maxim. It's almost like the old wrestling circuits, or daytime soap operas, the same storylines being recycled over and over again.
