Yes, the bought deal is done, and just in holding for the deal to go through.  Although I was supprised about the timing, and the market was too.  Some were really disappointed, i wasnt though after considering.  The terms were supprising excellent, when compared to financing in junior sector these days, even if a company can get it.  With the spincos taking some money away this ensures that they ample money to drill away, and prove up as much as possible.  If a takeout offer doesn't come right away, it'ts better to have as much flexibility as possible. 

Also, it's good that the spincos have a few bucks, if you want to play them.  I believe some will want to hold them, I have lots of both.  But if you don't, people can just sell them, for more ROI.  I think quite a bit of interest in the FCU spinco.

in closing I still can't believe people are not snatching them up, and everyone IS spoiled by these drill results.  Because when the merger goes through, this is going to pop big time, and tons of shares will be turning in that point with that huge float.
