I'm sure AGIP wouldn"t shut down they're pipeline, they would be cutting off their nose to spite their face.  Who wouldn't want to run a pipeline factoring in free oil to add to their bottomline.  On the other hand I'm sure its the DPR's highest priority to look into this ASAP, he probably sits on AGIP's board of directors lol.
