Is there a fuller version of this release?

I could not find it either on Taipans or Premiers web site. Was it in SEDAR?
It would be good to understand the details a little more. Surely the release is longer than this five liner?
Regardless, Kenya was pretty darn close in his estimation of this deal.
Kudos to Kenya!
Now will the longer timeframe hinder the share price progress or not? This deal should give the company some operating capital should it not?
