Management killed this company with debt...

Management killed this company with debt...
They made very bad decisions by inundating the company with debt. Could never figure out why they were doiing that but it clearly destroyed the company. It seems to me that the buyout price is a horrible price for all shareholders but as usual, management will enrich themselves after driving the company into the ground with debt. Hope everyone made out okay but I am sure some people got killed on this one. The company clearly had very little choice...Pathetic!
